No. They enter their name and email and confirm a short code sent to that address. No password and nothing to install.

Will it work with my website?

If you can add a line of code to your pages, yes. That covers WordPress, Laravel, most website builders that allow custom code, and hand-built sites.

Is there an AI answering for me?

No. croc.chat is for businesses that want their own people talking to customers. Messages reach your team, and your team answers.
